As we are entering into the productive time of the season with a fresh start and a new year, now is the time to consider how Bridges to Understanding can support you or your family members. We offer therapy services, Psychological Testing services, and support groups. We take many insurances, offer same or following week appointments, virtual or in-person services, and are ready to help. Therapy creates an opportunity to explore what may be contributing to difficulty in reaching your full potential. This may be through individual or family services, or may be through testing services- testing is the perfect service if you feel like you may have “fallen through the cracks”, or you feel like there may be some underlying reason as to why you find day-to-day tasks just a bit more difficult for you or your family members. We also answer questions surrounding ADHD and Autism Spectrum diagnoses.
We are open five days per week and have flexible appointment times with many clinicians to choose from.

- Sliding Scale fees are negotiated prior to the commencement of therapy, and are based on income need due to unforeseen life events.
